Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for their own shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Returns
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be:
.Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
.All tags and packaging must be intact
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or colour (subject to stock availability).If the item you want is unavailable, we'll issue a refund instead.
Damaged or Wrong items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
